We conducted a detailed churn assessment, KPI tracking, and deep qualitative research over seven days. Through daily surveys and feedback from mobile gamers, we identified key churn drivers and attrition risks, developed strategies to combat churn, and tracked KPI trends.
Churn Assessment: Evaluated churn risk during the first seven days and devised strategies to mitigate it.
KPI Tracking: Monitored KPIs through daily surveys, analyzing changes over time.
Deep Dive: Collected qualitative data to contextualize KPI results, identifying successful game features and areas for improvement.
MROC Enrollment: Recruited mobile gamers via an online screener to participate in a Managed Research Online Community (MROC).
1st Day Response: Players installed Chaos Battle League and provided initial feedback through surveys and discussions.
Daily Feedback: Tracked player engagement and behaviors for seven days using discussions, surveys, and polls.
Exit Response: Collected exit surveys and videos capturing players’ final thoughts and experiences.
