Professional Focus Group Setup
Each facility has its own private viewing room, fully stocked amenities, and traditional “one-way” focus group mirrors.
Comprehensive Viewing Experience
Stream up to 40 PCs via a private secured link. Each stream supports up to 6 screens via a 2×3 layout. Local recordings are also made for post-play analysis.
Eye Tracking
Especially important for UX research and asset testing. Use eye tracking to better understand gaze paths and areas of interest to optimize user interfaces and asset attention-getting effectiveness.

Good Gamer GroupParticipants come from our Good Gamer Group community and are verified before being allowed into the Good Gamer Group.
Multiple ScreeningIf a Good Gamer Group member is qualified to participate, they are screened online, screened over the phone, with a final screen onsite.
Controlled EntryAn Interpret employee verifies that each participant’s first and last name matches a government issued ID before being allowed on premises.
PrivacyOur facilities are closed to the public during user research and have no outside-facing windows.
Secluded ScreeningOnsite final screening is done in a secondary location outside of the primary user research area.
Employee NDAsAll employees are under a strict NDA.
Limited ExposureOnly staff assigned to a specific project are allowed on premises during testing.
