 After analyzing the raw data from the quantitative survey, identify key questions that require qualitative reinforcement or deeper exploration.
Step two
Recontact
Survey respondents who evidenced unique data patterns or reactions will be invited to participate and provide more in-depth answers.
Step Three
Video Submissions
Respondents submit a video to recap their answers to specific questions (typically two videos per survey, 90 seconds or less).
