Through consultation and extensive consumer research, we helped the Supercell team refine their “Clash Universe” transmedia strategy, identifying the new touch points of greatest potential value to the Clash brand, as well as the order in which the team should pursue them. Key to our approach were deep dive brand essence research and comprehensive “landscape analysis” where we identified best practices and created an implementation framework that the team could follow when pursuing brand extensions.
